Kate holds a B.S. degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University, and an M.S. in organizational psychology from William James College.

DiDi is skilled in designing HR strategies that enhance talent development, employee engagement, and remote work practices. She brings expertise in coaching, facilitation, and communication, honed during her first career as a television reporter. DiDi holds an advanced degree in Human Resources Management from Northeastern University.
